This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all pre-registrations, memberships, and related transactions conducted with Heirly Inc. ("Heirly," "we," "our," or "us") through our platform located at heirly.co (the "Platform").
By completing a pre-registration or submitting payment information to Heirly Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
(a) During the pre-registration period, which precedes the official public launch of the Platform, users may submit payment information to secure Founding Member access or related benefits.
(b) No payment will be processed or charged at the time of pre-registration. Payment information will be securely stored by a reputable third-party payment processor in accordance with applicable security, encryption, and data protection standards.
(c) Submission of payment information constitutes authorization for Heirly to initiate the charge upon official launch of the Platform, subject to prior notice as described in Section 3.
(d) By submitting payment details, you acknowledge that Founding Member pricing and benefits are reserved and will be honored at launch.
(a) Charges for Founding Member subscriptions will occur only after the official launch of the Platform and activation of the corresponding user account.
(b) Users will receive advance written notice prior to any charge being processed, specifying the amount to be charged and the date of processing.
(c) Charges will be applied at the rate corresponding to the Founding Member offer secured at the time of pre-registration.
(a) Users may cancel their pre-registration at any time prior to the official launch of the Platform.
(b) Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to concierge@heirly.co, including the registrant's full name and email address associated with the account.
(c) In the event of cancellation prior to launch, no charges will be applied, and the user's payment information will be securely removed from the processing system.
(a) Once the Platform has launched and the corresponding account has been activated, the standard refund and cancellation provisions outlined in the applicable membership or subscription agreement shall apply.
(b) Refunds requested after activation may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Heirly Inc.
(c) Where approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of approval.
(a) All payment processing and storage of payment information are managed exclusively by third-party payment processors engaged by Heirly Inc.
(b) Heirly Inc. does not directly collect, store, or process any credit card or financial information provided by users.
(c) All transactions are conducted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing electronic payments.
Heirly Inc. reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in its business operations, legal requirements, or industry practices. Any amendments will be effective upon posting to heirly.co, accompanied by an updated effective date.
